It may be blizzard-like outside but I'm inside warm and dreaming of spring with my Coastline fabrics from Art Gallery Fabrics!
February 1-19th will be the Coastline Fabrics Blog Tour. I'm super excited by the amazing makers that will part of the tour. The 16 talented sewists will be showcasing their work over the 3 week blog tour. Projects ranging from bags, adult/children's clothing, and quilts are all to be part of the tour. Winter is a time to start thinking of warmer days and maybe doing a bit of spring spruce up around your home. A quick way to change any room is to add accent pillows. New Wave is a patchwork pillow pattern just added to my Free Patterns page.

This patchwork pillow is a great way to use scraps of solids and showcase a favorite print. Add a fringe edge to your pillow or leave plain. You will learn how to make a lapped back pillow backing for a professionally finished pillow. This 18" finished quilt block would also make a great design for an entire quilt! Something I've added to my "to-sew" list.
