My new Juniper collection is now shipping to your favorite quilt stores and online fabric shops!
Experience the rustic charm of wintertide with Juniper by Sharon Holland. This exquisite collection perfectly encapsulates the natural beauty of piney greens, cinnamon spice, and cozy charcoal and white hues. Cherish the season’s simple pleasures and savor the serene allure of winter.
Along with 16 quilting cottons, Juniper has offers two flannel prints. Art Gallery Fabrics flannel is thick, soft, and wonderful to stitch as a quilt backing, garments, and everything else you’d normally sew with woven fabric.
With every new collection I get asked about which of the AGF Pure Solids and blenders coordinate with the collection so I thought I’d put together my favorite blenders and solids in a handy guide for those who plan to sew with Juniper. I’ve selected Pure Solids, Decostitch, and from my own Fanciful blender collection to give you 15 of my favorites.
In just a couple weeks, the Juniper Look Book will be released and you can view the most inspiring projects on the pages of this virtual magazine Art Gallery Fabrics publishes for each new collection. I’m currently busy sewing projects to share with you made from the fabric line. I’ll even be adding a couple new projects to my Freebies page—you wont want to miss it!

I had the great pleasure to test the Hesper quilt pattern for Victoria Newmyer of Midlife Quilter and of course made it with my new Juniper collection! Check out her blog and see all the other version of this fun quilt. I made the baby quilt size but the pattern also comes with a throw size quilt option.
I machine quilted my Hesper quilt version and came up with a very fun way to quilt shapes like this diamond pattern without making any marking on your quilt. I made a video on Instagram if you’d like to learn more about how it’s done. Visit my IG post HERE.
Next time I post, I’ll be sharing my Juniper Look Book makes! If you’re sewing with Juniper and are posting to Instagram, please tag me @sharonhollanddesigns so I can see what your creating!
Happy sewing,
Sharon
